Overview of Sugar Hill A15

Sugar Hill A15 is both stylish and comfortable, and located in the exclusive Sugar Hill community close to the sea on the west coast of Barbados.  There are four bedrooms and guests can enjoy an elevated position and stunning views out over the landscaped grounds and the ocean beyond, as well as making the most of the cooling sea breezes.

Guests have exclusive members access to the facilities at the Sugar Hill Clubhouse, including a shared pool, fitness facilities, tennis courts and access to the beach at the Heron Bay Estate, a short 5 minute drive away.

The 50 acre estate is also a short drive from Holetown, where you can enjoy shopping, bars and restaurants.  Although you are situated inland, you can swap your lovely pool for the beach at any time, as the pristine white sands are a short 5 minute drive away.

Sugar Hill A15 is a great choice for a tropical holiday in the sun – cool and comfortable and with everything you need in easy reach, all within an exclusive and luxurious community on the island of Barbados.

Bedrooms

The four bedrooms at the villa are all air conditioned and have tasteful furnishings along with stylish and modern en-suite facilities.

The master bedroom and bedroom 2 are on the first floor and have king size beds, with the master having a Jacuzzi style bath in the en-suite and the second bedroom with shower only.  Both open out onto private balconies that overlook the pool area.

Downstairs the third bedroom has two twin beds that can be made together as a king size, and a shower only en-suite.  The fourth bedroom is in a separate cottage accommodation that includes a small kitchenette.  This room has a queen size bed and shower only in the en-suite.

Communal Areas

The elegant and air conditioned living room opens out onto a spacious terrace through French doors.  There are both sitting and dining areas that allow guests to admire and enjoy the amazing views and the sunsets in the evening.  The pool decking is furnished with sun loungers and additional seating.

Staff

The staff comprises of a housekeeper and a cook who will prepare for you two consecutive meals a day – breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner.  There is also a gardener and a pool maintenance service.

Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.

The levy on accommodation, collected in resort, will cost between US$2.50 (£1.90) and $17.50 (£14.50 for 5* Hotels) per room per night until VAT doubles to 15% in 2020 as set by Prime Minister of Barbados Mia Mottley.
